Is it secure to invest in UK property?
The UK has some of the world’s most strict and comprehensive rules, an advantage for overseas investors.
Where should I invest?
Infrastructure, education, and corporations can give a clear picture of supply/demand and where it’s good to invest.
Is London a great place to invest?
London is and always will be where people love to invest for different reasons. Are you purely looking from an investment point of view? There are other cities with greater returns as London is already quite pricy.
Can I obtain a mortgage in the UK?

Yes, most LTV (Loan to Value) is around 70% – 75%. Depending on where you want to invest, we can recommend different lenders.

Can you get end-to-end service if you buy from abroad?

We offer an “all-in” service to all clients. We already have agreements in place with the following:

  • Solicitors.
  • Mortgage brokers.
  • Letting companies.
  • Facility management.
  • Buy through the company to mitigate tax.
  • Help to sell in future.

We are available throughout the whole process to make the transaction as smooth as possible.

What is the procedure?

It starts with assessing your objectives to find the property that fits your criteria. A deposit is required to take the property off the market, which is included in the down payment. This usually takes 28 days. If you buy with a mortgage, we will introduce you to the mortgage broker 4 – 5 months before the completion of the property. If you buy a completed property, we will introduce you immediately.

It’s possible to buy the property through a company to mitigate capital gains tax once you want to sell again. The company is purely there to purchase the property, and it’s not anything you need to spend time on. It will all be arranged for you.

What types of mortgages can I get?
There are two types in the UK:

  • “Interest only”, where you only pay off the interest and still owe the borrowed amount once you want to sell.
  • “Interest and principal”, whereby you pay off the loan itself.

We give individual advice depending on your objectives.

What is the current interest rate?
4.5%
Do I have a surplus each month if I choose interest only?

In most cases, a monthly surplus will be send to the bank account, which will be opened for you in the process.
