How does it work?
Once an art piece that fits the criteria has been sourced, a contract will be put in place for a predetermined timeframe.
Two clauses will be attached to the contract:
- If an offer is received before the timeframe ends, all investors will be presented with the option to sell at the offered price. If an agreement isn’t unanimous, the artwork will continue until the end of the timeframe.
- When the timeframe end, if the art gallery suggests keeping the painting for another year due to the artist’s rising popularity (which will increase the value), an extension can occur with unanimous agreement. Otherwise, it proceeds for sale as per the contract.
We will handle the contract and ensure the process runs smoothly and seamlessly.
