With an average of 8 – 10 projects a year, diversification could be a great option to spread the investment over several projects.
What if I don’t like the U.S.?

Since it’s purely based on investment and not emotions, the bottom line should be the most important factor.

Will I be part of the U.S. system if I invest?

No, there will be no ties to the US at all. It’s purely an investment as a foreigner into the US.

What if I need my money?
If you think from the beginning that you will need the money during the project’s timeline, don’t invest into this. It’s better to find something that suits you within the timeframe. Having said that, there is a secondary market to find a buyer willing to purchase your part at a given price.
Am I locked in throughout the project’s timeline?
Since it pays annual returns, you should receive all your money back in about half to three-quarters way through the project, with the remaining years as pure profit.
How do I invest?
